Jihae guest stars in the highly anticipated Season 3 of Succession in the recurring role of top PR boss, Berry Schneider. Rolling Stone says, "Jihae has an illegal amount of screen presence" in Mortal Engines. Peter Jackson tells Pop Inquirer, "Jihae has an elegance and a power that is exactly what Anna Fang needed to be, she's a fantastic actor." Philip Reeve, the author of Mortal Engines published a book of short stories, 'Night Flights' dedicated to Jihae because he felt "Jihae played Anna Fang with such style and grace, she deserved more stories." Her first acting experience was two leading roles as identical twins -- one the commander of the first human colony on Mars, the other, the Secretary General of Space Agency on earth -- in 'Mars', Ron Howard and Brian Grazer's National Geographic miniseries. Jihae co-created a multimedia rock opera with Academy Award-winning playwright, John Patrick Shanley based on her 3rd concept album, 'Fire Burning Rain'. Jihae has performed at the London Olympics, Cannes Film Festival and the United Nations General Assembly. Following her passion for human rights, she continues to donate her time and performance to a variety of nonprofits and peace initiatives, including Hillary Clinton's 2012 Hours Against Hate, No Kid Hungry, Acumen Funds, International Medical Corps and Let's Come Together human rights initiative she founded. Jihae's latest album 'Illusion of You' features her co-write with the legendary Leonard Cohen and Dave Stewart on song, 'It Just Feels'. 'Illusion' was lauded, "Beautiful, mystical and poetic" by the New York Times. The title track was performed by Jihae on Altered Carbon Season 2 in the role of the Phantom Lady, a female disguise to Anthony Mackie's lead character, Kovac. Jihae was born in Seoul, Korea to a colonel/diplomat/Presbyterian pastor father and an opera-trained singer/chef mother who also wrote and illustrated children's books. She grew up in Nigeria, Sweden, and the U.S. attending ten schools in 3 different languages by the time she became a teenager.
