Amanda Kate Brooks was born in New York and has lived a transatlantic life between there and London. Amanda is best known for playing Sharon Tate in a season long arc on NBCs Aquarius (2016), the scheming reporter Mackenzier Rhodes on Nashville & Dana Miller, the love interest of Sheriff Wade Houghton (Thomas M. Wright) on WGNs critically acclaimed Outsiders. Amanda was also a Series Regular in the Untitled Lena Waithe Project (2016) for Showtime, recurred on ABC's Mistresses (2016) and guest starred on Hulu's Castle Rock (2018), NBC's Timeless (2017) & SyFy's The Magicians (2016).
