Afzal Kahn and engineers Ralph and Ranen take on the challenge of converting an Aston Martin Vantage V8 into a supercharged, GT-inspired racer. Ralph and Ranen, the engineering brains behind the project, go on a mission to turn this elegant production supercar into an aggressive, super-fast track vehicle that will still be road legal for Mr Kahn's discerning customers.
Engineers Ralph and Ranen face what seems an impossible task set by pop-star client Shane Lynch: take his refined, elegant, 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, and turn it into an all-out, bad boy-styled drift machine. This will be the ultimate challenge even for the experienced engineers – they've never done a drift car before, and certainly not one based on a prestige brand like Rolls Royce.
Designer and motor industry mogul Afzal Kahn has an idea for a prototype based on a vehicle he's very familiar with: the Range Rover Evoque. But that is where the familiar territory for the designer ends. His plan is to turn this urban crossover vehicle into the ultimate sand dune conquering off-roader – a vehicle inspired by the Paris-Dakar Rally 4x4s.
Afzal Kahn and the engineers are confronted by a tough assignment from a mystery, high-profile client who wants a super-secure vehicle to carry celebrity passengers to a big event. Ralph and Ronen must modify a Mercedes G-Wagen by adding the ultimate security features. Can they inject war zone technology into a car more at home on plush streets?
Looking to expand his car design empire, Afzal Kahn gives the engineering team a project that could be their toughest challenge to date – to create a Kahn-inspired Jeep that is bigger and better than any that have gone before it. And if that is not enough, they have to make it a success in a land where people hold the Jeep in very high esteem...the United States of America.
Engineers Ralph and Ranen are thrown a high-stakes project, fulfilling their mentor's dream of producing one of the fastest road cars in the world. Afzal Kahn challenges them to engineer a car to beat his Bugatti Veyron in a straight quarter-mile race. As if that was not hard enough, he gives the engineers a time limit of only three weeks.
Motoring mogul Afzal Kahn wants to perform a makeover of a Porsche Panamera that will give it the visual pizzazz of its sportier Porsche siblings, but with the business-friendly interior that Panamera owners like. Engineers Ralph and Ranen are eager to take on the challenge and impress their boss, but they know they'll need to engineer the supercar to meet strict Chinese emissions standards, too. Will they succeed in creating the ultimate eco-friendly, high-performance executive supercar?
Motoring mogul Afzal Kahn is asked to help an old friend who wants to be able to go hunting in his £200,000 Bentley Mulsanne. It's an unusual request, and Kahn hopes Ralph and Ranen can get it right. A Bentley Muslanne is one of the most luxurious, stately cruisers on the supercar market, and it's a far cry from the world of hunting, where vehicles need to tackle demanding terrain.
It's off to America to test drive muscle cars for engineers Ralph and Ranen, who are tasked with revamping a US muscle car for the European market. After they choose the perfect car, they'll need to convert it from left-hand drive to right, and preserve the style and power of the American car while giving it the features and handling of a European sports car. Ralph and Ronen love muscle cars, but this job will be a lot of work, and as usual Kahn hasn't given them enough time.
Engineers Ralph and Ranen are being put into the deep freeze. A client with a country house in the remote Scottish Highlands needs a car that can take him up there even in mid-winter – and he wants to convert his luxury Audi A8 for the job. Can the guys transform the comfy, fast sedan into an all-road vehicle that can take on difficult terrain and chest-deep snow?
